General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The clients of our agency, « Best Thai Experience », undertake to read and accept without restriction the general conditions of sale below.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale cover all the services offered by our agency.

The agency reserves the right to modify its general conditions of sale without notice.

As soon as the travel service is validated between the client and our agency, « Best Thai Experience », the contract becomes automatically and completely concluded.

Payment Terms

A 20% deposit will be requested upon confirmation of the service if the total duration is less than 5 days.

A 40% deposit will be requested upon confirmation of the service if the total duration is greater than 5 days.

This deposit must reach us within 72 hours of acceptance of the quote.

In any case, the balance will be requested one month (30 days) before the start of the service.

Services requested below the 30-day deadline must be paid in full. If the payment has not reached the agency within 72 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the service.

Any modification of the program or number of people will be at the client’s expense unless it does not incur additional costs.

Payment methods: bank transfer or transfer by Wise

The bank details necessary to make the transfer will be communicated upon confirmation of the service. The costs related to the transfer remain the responsibility of the client.

Note: Knowing that the prices mentioned on the site and written on the invoice are in Baht, we are not responsible for any fluctuations due to currency exchange.

Cancellation policies

In case you wish to cancel your trip, you must send us an email at this address: bestthaiexperience1@gmail.com. Sending an email will be the only way to assert your cancellation and no other form will be taken into account.

Cancellation fees:

Between the receipt of the deposit and 45 days before departure: 1,500 Baht + expenses already incurred

Between 44 days until 30 days before departure: 50% of the trip price

Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the trip price

« Best Thai Experience » being a Thai company, we are subject to Thai law. The contract signed between the clients and the agency is therefore also subject to Thai law. The company « Best Thai Experience » is a Thai tourism company registered in the register of tourism companies and controlled by the Thai tourism authority. The « Best Thai Experience » agency has a professional tourism license named TAT (Tourism Authority of Thailand)
